All our treats are baked fresh to order. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are final—no VAT is added, as we are exempt under Swiss VAT law (Art. 10 para. 2 MWSTG).

3. Orders and Payment
Orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at checkout via the available payment methods. Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Changes
To cancel or change your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to the nature of fresh preparation.

5. Delivery and Pickup
We currently offer local pickup and/or delivery. Delivery availability, timing, and costs will be specified during checkout or by arrangement. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

6. Allergies and Ingredients
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. We do our best to provide allergen information, but cross-contamination may occur. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item, damaged goods), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve it.

8. Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from incorrect storage or delayed pickup. Once a product is delivered or picked up, it becomes your responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, and content on this website are the property of The Sweet Spot. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
